Accomplishing a goal all boils down to one thing.....how much are you willing to give.  If you want to lose weight, then "how much are you willing to give" to the time needed to prep your food and to sticking to your proper diet.  If you want to get stronger, then "how much are you willing to give" to increase that intensity on yourself and move heavy weights when you are tired.  If you want to do anything, it comes down to that...how much are you willing to give.  People like to take the easy way and have things handed to them.  It really doesn't work this way in real life.  You need to go and make things happen.  And it all doesn't happen in one day.  Some of you want a muscle-up but instead of working on it each time you are in the gym, you just get mad frustrated and then stop trying.  Just keep asking yourself, "how much am i willing to give".  The answer is sitting right in front of you!
