How should you attack any of the workouts that seem impossible? The first thing is not to look at the whole workout as one gigantic obstacle. Break it down into small more manageable pieces and then you will be able to take small bites out of it until eventually you are all the way through it. This allows you to feel like you are "winning" while you are making your way through the workout. Its tough to have the drive when you feel like you are fighting a losing battle. But this little trick will help you to feel successes in the workout and keep you pushing. This tetechnique doesn't just work in the gym. It works the exact same way in real life. If you have a task, a job, or an issue that you need to deal with that seems to big, to hard, or to demanding, just break it down into smaller more manageable piece and start attacking it. Keep driving and you will eventually get to the end. You can do it!! Small successful pieces to the finish line!!!

Max Reps Back Squats (185#, 125#, or 90% of BW)
*Must clean weight off the floor and put behind your head
*8 rounds of 20 seconds as many reps as possible and 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes
