A simple question....How important is your health and fitness to you?  It should be THE most important thing.  I say this because when you are healthy you are able to give the best of yourself to everyone, and everything.  The more fit you are, the more MORE you can give.  When we do our workouts, or we talk about nutrition, or we push you on full range of motion, or we scale your weight down even though you don't want to, or we make you put more weight on, or we constantly nag you about proper form, its for one thing and one thing only.....your health and your fitness.  We want to to make you better, and be better for longer!!!
