There are many imitators but only one innovator!!  Greg Glassman came up with the idea of revolutionizing the fitness industry and his brain child was Crossfit.  Crossfit gave a true definition to fitness and a recipe to achieve that goal.  NO OTHER FITNESS PROGRAM HAS DONE THIS!!!!!  Today, you will see many people who are taking all the methodologies of Crossfit and saying that they created this idea, basically a carbon copy of Crossfit.  I guess imitation is the highest form of flattery but it is still great that people are actually starting to figure it what working out is supposed to be.  But if they really wanted to increase the fitness, their functionality, their mobility and improve their life, then they should come to see what Crossfit and the Inferno are all about.  Our workouts are quantifiable.  We can calculate the amount of work you are doing in each and every workout.  Its not just about it being difficult, or breathing hard.  Its about doing more work faster.  The more work you do, the more power you generate.  The more power means the more FIT you are.  Those of you that are members with us already, what does this mean to you?  Post it in the comments........ and I'm hoping for more than just Shawn, Sean and Brooke:)

Complete the following:

9-15-21 reps

Power Snatch (135#, 95#)

Floor Swipers (135#, 95#)

*Floor Swipes are done as in the 300 workout.  Rx is when toes touch the bumpers.  You can set the bar up off the ground if you are unable to press it up.  But the weight will be the same as the snatch weight.  Toes to the left and the toes to the right equals 1 reps.

20 reps Push Over Push-ups

20 reps Toes to Bar

*Push Over Push-up are done like a regular push up but you will have 1 hand start on a 45# Bumper and the other on the floor.  When you push up you will come up hard and fast enough that you switch hands on the Bumper and the other hand goes to the floor and you lower to your chest.  Chest must touch the ground on each rep.
