Speed is something that many people forget about once they start to get tired.  Yes it hurts and thats why people slow down.  But there is a mental mind game that must be played when doing shorter more anaerobic workouts.  The object is to get it done as fast as possible.  During the shorter workouts you must keep yourself moving, trying to make each part of the workout unbroken.  The reps dont go away if you arent moving.  Ideally speaking, the further you can continue this push the better your performance will be.  But here is where you start this....today.  When you go in today to do the is workout, prepare yourself mentally to go as far as you can without stopping.  When it starts to burn, keep going!!!!!  See how much more you can squeeze out of yourself.  Push that pain threshold back each and every time.  Show us what you got!!!

*Warm-up well then your 1st set must be at least 70% of 1RM.  Take whatever rest you need between sets but increase your weight each time.  Make sure you have a good spotter ready to grab the bar if you start to lean forward.
