"But this workout is so hard!!!!" Do you hear that in your head? Do you hear the person next to you saying it? You NEED to tell that voice to shut the HELL UP!! All of the workouts we do are hard. And if they don't seem hard, then you are not pushing hard enough. Don't fear any workout that comes at you. The one constant is that it will always be hard. So, don't worry about that. All you need to do is grab the weight and get in there and give it everything you have. We all have a tendency to give ourselves a way out or an excuse. But next time you don't think you should be lifting that weight, or running that fast, think about this.....on the last Games Review show, they interviewed Sally Stade, she is the original Crossfit Elder and at 65years old is back squatting 185# and Deadlifting 265#!!!!! This all comes from hard and diligent work!! It comes from constantly pushing yourself and not going easy on yourself. So get in there and CRUSH IT!!!

Complete the following:
63 reps Kettle Bell Swings (53#, 35#)
36 reps Pull-ups
42 reps Kettle Bell Swings
24 reps Pull-ups
21 reps Kettle Bell Swings
12 reps Pull-ups
then immediately following the above....
2 minutes to find 1RM Shoulders to Overhead
*the 2 minutes starts the second you are completed with your last pull-up.
