Your body will ALWAYS want to stop before it needs to.  You need to put yourself in that "pain place" a little bit more each and everytime to workout.  This will move that pain threshold back more and more each day.  This doesn't mean you should hurt yourself, but when you feel that burning feeling, or that stinging feeling in your body, see how long you can stay there.  This is how mental toughness is developed.  The more mental toughness you have, the more things you will be able to accomplish.  And this will translate into EACH and EVERY other item in your life!!!

"For time!"

INFERNO Warm-up x 3

Complete the following:

.

Burpee Clock

*With a continuous running clock, do 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the 2nd, 3 in the 3rd, etc, until you are unable to get the needed reps in the minute.  The object is to go as far as possible.  However, if you do not complete the 10th round, there will be a penalty.  Once you fail on the round, take the next minute off as a rest.  You then must do 3 one minute rounds of 70% of your highest completed round.  For example: if you failed on the 8th round, you take 1 minute rest, then you do 3 one minute rounds of 7 x 70% =4.9 or 5 reps in each of those 3 rounds.

.

then...

.

10x10x10:

10 rounds of 10 pull-ups (that must be completed unbroken) with no more and no less than a rest of 10 seconds in between.

*Every unbroken round is 5 Toes to Bar, every rest longer than 10 seconds is 5 Reverse Burpees to a 1 foot mark.
