How cool is it to come to work at the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games and be asked to test out some of the workouts?? It is VERY cool!!! All I can say is there will be some gnarly ones waiting for the athletes come Friday!!! Anyways, long day so im off to bed but keep watching the REVIEW Shows on the GAMES site cuz you just might see some of my work!!

10 reps Burpees

Zerker Squats.

5-5-5-5-5

*Warm-up good then your first set should be a weight that you could get 10 reps but it would be tough.  Go up from there.
