The athletes have finally shown up today to register for the GAMES. Its awesome to see all these studs and stud-ettes all in the same place in a none competitive environment. And the they dropped a bomb on the athletes with an announcement of a.......SWIM TEST!!!! They haven't been told what for yet but all they know is that they will be doing a swim in a pool to see how they do. How would you feel if a workout came up with swimming in it? Do you think it would be a valid test of fitness? What amount of swimming would be good enough to where its not to fair or unfair? Chat it up in the post!!

*If you are new to the movement then scale down the weight. Dont try to rush it. Keep your core stable the whole time. If you are more experienced, you may want to try to scalee up a bit. Again, keep your core and body tight! Done get loose and complacent.
