So the first workout has been announced and its a "Murph" type event with a 250m open ocean swim at the start.  There has been tons of talk about the event down here and its interesting to see which athletes like it, hate it, or are just ok with it.  This was one of the workouts that I was asked to test.  All I can say is it will be a great one for the GAMES competitors for sure!  Big news that was also announced was that ESPN2 will be doing 10 half hour shows starting in the fall of the 2011 REEBOK CROSSFIT GAMES.  The footage will be taken from the three 3 hour PREMIERE SHOWS but will be repackaged into segments like the STRONGMAN shows.  These will be broadcasted on tv and not on the internet.  WOW how CrossFit is growing!!!!!  The word is truly getting out there!!!!
