The Games this year was an incredible experience. I got to see the best of the best in the world doing some of the funnest workouts I have seen. There is definitely a bitter sweet feeling about being involved in the show and not competing in it but what a different view I had. I was talking to the athletes about all their training, their nutrition, what they like, what they fear. All of these athletes are so physical but then so humble in their abilities. I was also able to see where our humble little gym sits in the Crossfit community! The Inferno is known all over the world!!! I had tons of crossfitting spectators come up to me and say how they want to to come to our gym and workout with us and that they love our programming! Its great to feel the love from all over the world!! Do you feel proud of your gym and your tribe? Post about it!
