You know what we push when it comes to eating.  Its not a bad food list by any means!  Sure we have a couple things left out but all in all it ends up being a diet that is more correct for our genetics.  Many people have no idea of how to eat.  All the diets out there seem to be portion control rather than quality of food.  Of course when we eat, people may be curious about all the red meat and saturated fats that we take in.  Aren't you going to raise your cholesterol?  Aren't you going to have a heart attack? These are all valid questions.  So how do you answer them?  Do you understand the "whys" in our nutrition program?  Post your thoughts in the comments!
