There is NO workout program that will get you totally fit without a nutrition program to go along with it.  I saw the P90X infomercial the other day and they barely talk about nutrition program even though THAT is what gets people to the beach body they want.  I totally agree with this.  If you eat correctly, and then you throw your workout program on top, then you are bound for a beautiful body!  Now, we push the Paleo way of eating here at the INFERNO.  Basically, if you can kill it or pick it, then its good.  In simplest terms, eat lean meats, vegetables, nuts and good fats like avocados and oil oils, SOME fruit, little starch, NO bread, NO dairy and NO sugar.  This gives you the diet that most closely resembles that which our species has eaten since we began and also when we were the healthiest and strongest.  We will be doing our next Paleo challenge next month but I wanted you all to start thinking about it.  Nutrition isn't just to lose weight.  Its to allow yourself to perform better and be healthier longer.  How close are you to a good paleo diet now?  Post it!!!
