With all the crazy things we do in the gym, its very easy to get caught up in saying "I cant do that!", or "ill never be able to do that!".  There are so many things that you can do but the ONLY thing that is stopping you is your mind.  If we can visualize ourselves doing something, then we can do it!  This is why so many athletes do visualization practice before they compete or perform.  They train themselves to actually see themselves being successful at a rep, a movement or a weight even before they physically do the activity.  The workout from the this past weekend really has me thinking.  There were many people talking about the swim.  There were some that decided not to come do the workout because of the swim (this isn't to call anyone out, but it is to make a point).  All of you that have been with us for awhile now should all have a "bring it" attitude when you are presented with any workout.  You need to not be scared of any activity, or say that you CANT do it.  CANT should NEVER come out of your mouth when you are in the gym!  If you can visualize it, you can do it!  You have to believe in yourself and make it happen.  No doubt in your mind, no second guessing yourself!  Just believe and go!!!  Check out the video below.  Can you visualize yourself doing this?  Post it!!!

*warm up and then your 1st set must be around 80% of your 1RM.

AMRAP in 10 minutes

21 reps Double Unders (or sub w Tuck Jumps)

12 reps Ring Dips

*then after the time ends, Max reps Sit-ups in 3 minutes
