The workout today is the chipper from this year's Reebok Crossfit Games Masters Division.  That right, you will be doing an old persons workout!!!  Ok I'm only playing because if you think that this is some simple and easy workout, you will soon get to see how difficult it really is.  The best thing about the Games this year was that it allowed those athletes that aren't in their 20's to get out there and put it to the test!!!  There are so many amazing athletes out there at different stages in their lives!  This is what Crossfit is all about!!!!  Being more functional, for longer!!!  Imagine what you will be like after crossfitting for say 20 years!!!!

50 reps Burpess

60 reps Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75#, 55#)

(22 min time limit)

Push Jerk (15 minutes)

1-1-1-1-1-1

*warm-up and then your 1st round must be at 80% of your 1RM and your final 5 rounds need to be over 90% of 1RM.
