How FIT are you?  I love to ask this question to people and the answer ALWAYS cracks me up!  Its kinda like if you ask if someone eats healthy or not, they always say, "I eat pretty well".  This usually means "I don't really want to tell you what I eat because I know its not that good but I'm trying".  Fitness is the same thing.  Our definition of FITNESS is a high level of aptitude in all 10 of the following areas: Cardio/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Strength, Speed, Power, Balance, Coordination, Accuracy and Agility.  To be truly FIT means that you are good in all of these areas and in all reality, there really is no such thing as "truly fit".  If there was, then there would be a stopping point or an end goal, but what we do is CONSTANTLY improve ourselves each and everyday!  Its the journey to become FIT that is almost more important than the end result because its during this journey that we define and redefine our strengths and weakness.  Again, we want to constantly improve in ALL 10 areas of fitness.  So, if someone ever asks you if you are Fit or not, you can say that compared to most you are very fit, but you are always improving and getting better each and everyday!!
