How do you know how hard to work when you are working out?  Obviously if you know the workout is going to be a little shorter, then go as hard and as fast as you can.  If its longer, then limit the rest and give everything you can for the time of the workout without blowing it all out in the first 3 minutes.  Each of the workouts that we program is for a particular reason.  The point of the workout is not to finish first.  The point of the workout is to get as much out of it as you can.  This means to gain the as much strength out of the workout, as much speed out of the workout, and much movement in full range out of the workout and as much endurance as you can out of the workout.  This is ONLY achieved by you giving everything you have and doing the appropriate weights.  Do not scale down so you can beat people, or shorten your range of motion so you can beat people.  This only hurts you!  We don't want to hurt you....we want to help you be the best you EVER!!!!!
