Mindset.  What is your mindset when you see the workout, when you get to the gym, and when we are counting down?  Are you looking at it like "oh f@#k Bill, what the hell is that?!?"? Or is it more like  "oh man that looks like fun!! Lets do this!!!"?  I hope that you have confidence in yourself and what you have done here at the INFERNO that you can look at anything and say "BRING IT!!"  The mindset you should have is excitment to do this or any workout.  Dont let yourself sink into the dismal darkness of "I cant do that".  Every single workout we do is going to be hard, and if you are doing it right, it should be VERY hard.  So why concern yourself with that?  Just accept that its going to be a little painful and then forget that part.  This will allow you to get into the workout and enjoy everything that comes with it:  Feeling that rush of endorphones, knowing that each day you are making your body better and better, the weight lose, the strength gain etc, etc!!!  Get your mind set correct and let your body follow!
