Today is a special day for that has been made in recognition of those Laborers who have made our country great.  It started way back in the late 1800's recognizing steel and construction workers and labor unions for the amazing achievements they have made in making us such a great country.  Today, its a nice thank you to all of you who work hard in your jobs, who help our society and our country to be a better place.  So here's to you!  BUT......we still want you to come workout with us today so that we can make you a better person!  See you in the gym!!!

Complete the following:

Tabata format (8 rounds of 20 secs as much work as possible and 10 seconds rest) for these moves:

Wall Ball (20#@10', 14#@10')

Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75#, 55#)

Box Jump (24#, 20#)

Push Press (75#, 55#)

Row  (for calories)

*Take 1 round of 20secs on and 10 secs off when you move from one movement to the next.  Score by striking highest 2 rounds in each event then adding all the rest and divide by 5!  ENJOY!!!
