Are there any movements in our training that you hate? Why do you hate them? What are the movements that you like? Why do you like them? We usually like to do what we are good at and we hate to do moves that we are bad at. The only way to get better at those movements we hate is to do them more so that we get good at them. 2 reps Hang Squat Clean and Jerk (185#, 125#)
15 reps Sit-ups
*warm up well, make sure you are still getting the depth in your squats, and make sure your knees are behind your heels.
