Complete the following:
Power Clean (135#, 95#)
Burpees over the bar
Back Squat (3 reps to get max weight)
Shoulder Press (3 reps to get max weight)
Deadlift (3 reps to get max weigt)
* you can warm up prior but once you start your 3 reps, then that is all you have. Score by taking your highest successful weight for each of the 3 moves and add them together.
