Thank you everyone for coming out to the INFERNO and helping to raise money for 3 unbelievable causes!!!! You were part of a worldwide movement of CrossFitters all coming together! It is amazing to see so many people doing so much. I feel terrible that I wasn't able to be there sweating with the rest of you. So, since i was at work with my crew yesterday, we decided to do the Fight Gone Bad workout in firefighter fashion. We did the entire workout in full turnouts, our air bottles and on air for the entire 17 minutes. It was so insane!!!!!! Rarely do firefighters get to work that hard while on air and experience what it feels like to push through that claustrophobic feeling with all your gear on. We fought through it knowing that it is just a small amount of pain that the families of fallen soldiers and public safety personnel have to feel. Thank you for everything you have done!!!!!
