Do you really feel like you are missing out if you don't eat pizza?  Do you really feel like your are missing out of something when you don't eat that large loaf of bread?  Do you think you are really missing out if you don't eat that cake or pie that was made?  Do you find the need to hide when you are sneaking your hand into a box of cheese-it crackers?  What are your answers to these questions?  Ill give you a minute to think about it..........What did you come up with?  Sure we all like a little indulgence every once in a while, but it seems that a little indulgence turns into the norm very, very quickly.  All of you know what eating right will do for you.  You have even been the ones to tell the folks around you about it.  So then why would you decide to throw it all out the window, despite any health benefits, despite any weight loss, despite any future ailments?  Maybe we all need to get back on track. Well I have the perfect way to do that..........The Third CrossFit Inferno Paleo Challenge!!!!!!!  Thanks right!!  What better way to kick off the new school year than by hitting the reset on your diet and eating habits.  Watch the website for updates on this event.  It will start sometime around the beginning of October!!
