Are you working on your weakness or are you just dabbling?  Different weakness take different paths of attack.  If Strength is the issue, then you need to lift heavy.  Or at least, really push the weight.  But if it is a skill type weakness, then you need to attack it differently.  You NEED to practice and learn as much as you can.  Try to get as much info from your trainers as you can, biut also search the internet for info.  There are tons of websites and videos that will give you step-by-step processes to either complete a rep in a movement  or learn how to progress from one move to the next to complete it.  Examples are muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, double unders and bar muscle-ups.  Then come to the gym a little early are hang out a little after to practice the skills.  Getting better is all based on you.  If you dont practice, then you wont get better..........MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!

Complete the following partner workout:

3 Rounds:

300m of Partner Carry

50 rep Med Ball Sit-ups

80 reps Kettle Bell Swings (53#, 35#)

*for the partner carry, you can carry your partner anyway you want and you can switch as many times as you want during the lap.  just dont move forward unless there is a body on you.  partners do not have to be the same size but realize that someone may be carrying for longer.

*for the situps, partners will lock legs and one will hold the wall ball above their head while laying on the ground.  the sit up will then come up and hand the ball to the partner who will then touch the ball to the ground above their head.  each hand off is one rep.

*for kettle bell swings, just get them done as fast as possible!!
