Whats your excuse?  Crossfit has brought the best out of everyone that has dedicated their time to it.  It doesnt matter there age, disease, injury, defect, etc, etc.  Yet i know that in all of us, there is that little voice that creeps in after work...."you are to tired to workout. You are way to tired to workout!"  or " man i just have way to much going on today".  We all hear it but the determination parts when you decide to either shut that out and go, or listen to it and give in.  What do you choose to do?  This choice comes up in so many different parts of our life, not just in the gym.  But, its in the gym that we have the chance to strengthen ourselves so that when faced with this choice, we choose wisely....we choose US!  We choose to improve our lives and our functionality.  We choose to go to the gym!!!

10 reps Hand Stand Push-ups

30 reps Wall Balls (20#@10', 15#@10')

*once you finish the first set of 3 rounds you go straight into the second!!
