My Gawd!!! My legs are so sore!!!! So now what do I do? Well I obviously cant workout right? I should take time off until I don't feel anymore pain. Wrong, WROng, WRONG!!!!! You NEED to get your butt in the gym and move! If your pain isn't from injury, then you need to keep your muscles moving. Now I will say that you may take a bit more to warm-up so make sure you get to the gym early enough to get your sore parts on the foam roller, the lacrosse balls, and get on some bands in a MWOD way. Get those muscle fibers soft and supple again and then get into your workout. BUT DON'T STOP THERE!!!! Roll out those sore muscles after the workout as well. You need to break down any of that sticky scar tissue before it sets up. The other VERY important thing you NEED to do is ICE, ICE, ICE!!!! The ice will numb those spots and take away some of the pain. But most importantly, it will reduce the swelling in those areas. So yes, you need to take care of your Owens, but don't let yourself stop moving. Take care of your body and it will take of you!!!
