Yesterday was an interesting day.  We had a crew from Crossfit PB in San Diego come through and wanted to workout at our gym.  They were on their way to a Coaches Prep course up north and they picked four gyms that they wanted to workout at before the class.  We were the 3rd stop on their trip.  They were super stoked about working out at our home!  Stoked!  Then Danica and I were in Santa Barbara and while we were cruising around, we found ourselves talking to a girl who is co-owner of CF Santa Barbara and another girl who works out at Dog Town Crossfit.  Then we stopped by CF Santa Barbara just to sit on the outside and watch one of the classes a little and one of the trainers came and said, " your Bill right?"  We chatted with him and the other co-owner of CFSB while they had a class going.  It was cool to see another CF box but what was even cooler was that we got to see how welcoming the crossfit extended community really is.  Everyone from CFPB and CFSB were very cool and were stoked to talk crossfit.  It just made me realize even more how much I love this sport, i love this community, and how much i love our gym!!!  Viva la Inferno!!

THE PALEO CHALLENGE IS COMING UP THIS WEDNESDAY OCT 4.  THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION AS MUCH AS IT IS A CHALLENGE.  WE ALL CAN DO A LITTLE RESETTING OF OUR DIET.  JUST BECAUSE YOU EAT "PRETTY MUCH PALEO" DOESN'T MEAN YOU ARE EATING PALEO AND YOU WONT SEE THE BENEFITS OF A PALEO DIET UNLESS YOU DO THE PALEO DIET!!  GETTING READY?
