The INFERNO Paleo Challenge will be stating this Wednesday, October 5th, during the 730pm class with our introduction lecture about the Paleo diet and what its all about.  We will be taking our "before" pictures then as well.  The buy-in for the challenge is $30.  So, why should YOU join in this event?  First off, nutrition is the foundation of our good health.  You can workout all you want but if your nutrition is crap, or even pretty good, then you will NEVER reap the benefits of a good diet.  Second, to those that say they are already "mostly" paleo, I have one thing to say.....your not.  Its good that you think about what you are eating but if you aren't strict with the diet then you again will never get to see the benefits of that good diet.  The point of the Challenge is to let yourself reset your eating habits.  It gives you time to realize the benefits of eating correctly.  This diet IS NOT about losing weight, or losing a dress size or two....although it happens.  This diet IS about being healthier, having more energy, performing better, reducing the amount of inflammation in your body so that it can repair hidden injuries and concentrate on building muscle, and LOOKING BETTER NAKED!!  For those of you who are thinking to yourself, "I have already done it and I wont win anyways so there isn't any reason to do it", you are not taking advantage of this opportunity to better yourself.  EVERYONE should be involved in it!  It will be the best $30 you can do for yourself!!
