I was told by a new member that she didn't decide to join until she saw my posting about scaling.  Scaling is one of the most important things in our programming.  It allows us to all train in the same room at the same time and in the same basic time domains.  Scaling isn't just making something easy for you.  The purpose is to allow all of our members to workout using the full range of motion, or as close as possible to full range based on their anatomy and abilities.  First off, our weight are heavy, and our daily workouts are demanding but we are only expecting the upper 15% of our gym to be hitting these numbers.  Now why would I post them?  Wouldn't it just scare people away?  Maybe but I hope not.  I want our workouts to challenge the most elite crossfitters in the world.  But we will scale the weight so that all of our "TEAM" can train together.  Second, it allows ALL of our clients to constantly have something to shoot for.  Everyone has individual goals they want but one of those goals is to always do the workouts RX'ed.  And third, we want our workouts and our lifestyle accessible to EVERYONE, not just the elite bad ass athletes.  Our overall goal is to make better more functional humans.  No matter where you start from, we can guarantee you will be better.  Don't think you need to workout somewhere else to get ready for us.  You need to start here to get ready for here.  So come on in!!!  We can and do SCALE all of our workouts so that EVERYONE can be part of our team!!!!

FOUNDATIONS CLASS WILL BE HELD THIS SUNDAY AT 9AM to 12 NOON.  THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL OUR UNLIMITED MEMBERS.  IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR OUR AUTOPAY AND A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS THEN THE CLASS IS FREE.  IF YOU ARE JUST TAKING THE CLASS, IT IS $100.  IT IS VERY WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR WORKOUTS FOR BETTER EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY.  EMAIL US SO WE KNOW YOU WILL THERE.  WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 5 PEOPLE!!
