Crossfit training isn't all about heavy weight lifting. Yes we want you to get stronger because a stronger athlete is going to be able to do more work, at least in the short term. However there are those "other" physical characteristics of fitness that we need to play with also. We will do double unders and maybe some wall walks to test some agility or coordination. But today there are 4 moves that are different than what we normally do. Even though the gym might be closed, you can do these ones at home....and you should!! Test yourself! See what you can do!! Remember its about being able to do ANYTHING that comes your way! So here is a perfect test!

INFERNO Warm-up x 3
Complete the following:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
3 reps Wall Walks
10 reps Up-downs
5 rep Parallette pass-throughs (forward + back = 1)
10 rep Grasshoppers (right + left = 1)
For the wall climbs, toes and chest touch the ground to toes and chest touch the wall. For the up-downs, thighs touch the ground then stand up fully. For the pass-throughs, the hips open at the front and back. For the grasshoppers, the shin contacts the opposite forearm. Watch the video.
