It looks like MO'vember is turning into a month of challenges!!! We currently have our own Paleo Challenge going on through the month, we have our MO'vember challenge happening (which is our men growing mustaches in support of Prostate Cancer research and Men's Health and i think we may have found a team to join and help raise money for!!! Ill post that tomorrow!!!), and now we have just received another challenge!!!!! From our very Shawn, we have been issued the Burpee Challenge!!! This event will start on 11-11-11. The way it works is that for 100 days we will do burpees. On day 1, we will do 1 burpee. On day 2, we do 2 burpees. On day 50, we do 50 burpees. See how that works? If you check on facebook under the Crossfit Inferno Family you will see the info for the event. But this is an everyday challenge and the stakes are already getting high!!! JOIN US!!!!!

Complete the following:
AMRAP in 8 minutes
7 reps Any Clean and Jerks (155#, 105#)
12 reps Bar Facing Burpees
Immediately following .....
100 reps Pull-ups for time
Hand Stand Clock
*Do 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the second minute, etc until you are unable to complete the needed reps in that round. You must complete at a minimum the 10 reps in the 10th round. If not, then rest that next minute after your attempt and then do 3 one minute rounds of 70% of you highest successful round. For example, if you completed the 8th round but not the 9th, then rest and then do 3 one minute rounds of (.7x8=5.6 or 6 reps).
