We have recently had a huge surge in our Inferno Community into active lifestyle activities.  This is what training here is supposed to do.  The training you get here is so that you can enjoy all the things out in life there is to enjoy.  And this isn't only from the workout but from the nutrition, the movement work, the mobility, etc.  Its all is to help you be the best you YOU can be!  We have a couple things on the horizon...Mary Ann is getting the hook up for the GO RUCK adventure race that will be just for us.  We need 15 people minimum to do it and it will be an all day event all through San Luis Obispo while carrying a weighted back pack.  We will post more info about it soon.  We have the Burpee challenge going on, and if you haven't joined in, do it soon because the daily number of burpees is increasing each and everyday.  To join, you will have to do all the burpees that we have done so far.  There also is an event that will be happening in San Francisco at CrossFit LaLanne that's called Death by Barbell.  It is the workout we are doing today.  Check out the site and lets see if we can get a group to go and rep the Inferno.  If you have other active ideas....let me know and we will get them up!!

Mo'vember is in full effect and are starting look like a gym from the 1970's!!  I love it!!  We need to get a good picture done.  Lets pick a day before the 30th and do a true 70's picture with 70's clothing and everything.  Lets see if we can recreate what the Inferno would have looked like back in 1977!  DONATE HERE!!

Tabata Box Jump/Toes to Bar (8 minutes total)

*8 rounds total with each round consisting of 20 seconds of amrap box jumps, 10 seconds of rest, 20 seconds of amrap Toes to Bar and 10 seconds rest.  Your score is your ave box jump added to your average toes to bar.
