I have been asked why we put everyone's name up on the board each and everyday at the gym.  Do we do to call people out, or raise those up that have great times and embarrass the ones that dont?  Of course not!!! The first thing is that crossfit is about having a task to do and doing what ever you can do to accomplish it.  We want all of our members to take responsibility for their workouts.  Pride is all left outside at the INFERNO so when you come in, you see what the workout is and then give everything you have, at your ability level.  Next, it keeps our community tight whether they are working out with you or three classes before you.  Our community celebrates everyone's victories and pushes them if they are struggling.  It does allow for some competition between some individuals and this is done in a friendly manner.  But lastly, we want everyone to be proud of what they are able to achieve here.  The main point is to come in at one point and improve every aspect of their world.  They will see they gain, and the rest of our community will see it also!! We love our daily board!  We hope you do to!

We would like to do our Foundations Class this Sunday from 9am to 12pm.  Please make sure you email us and let us know you are interested.  We need to get a minimum of 5 people to do this class.  We have to have the you email us before Saturday at noon.  Ill post on the website Saturday around 5 to let you know if are having the class or not.  Please keep checking the site!
