Because of CrossFit, movement has become one of my favorite things! As clients you have come to us to help you get in better shape by moving better, moving more efficiently, and gain the most you can from each workout. As a trainer its our joy to watch people move. We will sometimes say that when one of the ladies in our gym do an Olympic lift with power and grace, its super sexy! Now of course we have very beautiful ladies in the gym but when they move correctly, it look amazing! The body is an unbelievable object and when it does exactly what its supposed to do, the result is pure beauty! For the trainers its like a puzzle trying to get people of all issues and physical difference to move right but it so much fun! When we are able to take someone that has no idea how to move in a squat clean and then we are able to make little tweaks here and there, then there is huge improvement, that is truly the best thing we could have! We know, and you have heard talk about, the benefits of moving correctly: less injuries, more strength, more muscle tone, less fat, more power (work done over time) generated, and looking better naked! We have become students of movement because of our love for Crossfit and our desire to make our family a functional long living group of people. Bring the sexy!!

7 reps Pull-ups
7 reps Burpees
**Score by the number of rounds of the pull-ups and burpees
30 reps Any Clean (205#, 145#)
