Well, are you guilty about anything from yesterday?  Were you able to keep your feasting to a paleo flavor, or did you just say F'it and went old school original style with all the fixings?  Hopefully it wasn't too bad, but today is where we bring it all back into proper form.  Its time to get back on track!  All those things taste good at the moment but you can tell when you haven't been eating right.  You feel it in your head, you feel it in your lungs, and you feel it in your performance.  Well let see how you did!  Have a great time time today and i you are visiting with us......glad you got to have some holiday fun with us!!!!

15 reps Clapping Pull-ups
