Its easy to fall into ruts in our life.  We can blame it on our jobs, our family, our relationships, money, etc.  Is it possible to keep this from happening?  Yes, but it takes a little work.  FIrst you need to actively seek out new things.  Learn something new every single day.  It doesn't matter how big or how small because everything new you learn can lead to something new and exciting in your life.  (Remember when you learned how to do the Clean correctly??).  Second, don't take things for granted.  This includes people, opportunities, etc.  Everything we are is because of our experiences in life.  They have made us strong, they have made us aware, they have made us us.  No matter if these are positive or negative, we can draw form these things.  Be thankful for them.  Lastly, never give up on yourself.  Don't think you cant do something.  If you "fail" at something, don't shut down.  Think about what you need to do to do better and move forward.  Don't accept anything less than the best for yourself!  So now that you are all fired up for the day.....what are you going to do?:)
