Why do you do what you do?  There is a reason for EVERY action you do.  When it comes to fitness and working out, people pick their workout for a particular reason too.  Maybe its to look a certain way.  Maybe its preparing for some event.  Maybe they are trying to give a good impression to someone.  Maybe its because they just think its what they are supposed to do.  Its important to understand this so that you don't get frustrated with your choice.  There will be a certain physical reactions based on the workout you do and with the intensity at which you do it.  Are you prepared for your result?  Will it be what you want?   You know deep down what will happen.  So before you make your next choice, think about the outcome.  You know what you need to do.  Just do it!!!
