WIth it being the holidays, everyone is thinking about taking care of everyone else.  They want to give presents, money, food, etc.  And this is such and amazing thing!!!  Too bad people didn't act like this all through the year.  However, I hope that you treat yourself the same way you treat others.  What I mean by this is YOU need some things to feel good and thrive as well.  You need the proper rest.  You need the proper food.  You need to move right and tend to any injuries you have.  Tis the season to be the best you to yourself you can!!!!  Whats the one thing you need to do for yourself?  For me......i need to get more sleep.  What do you need?  Post about it!
