We are proud to say that the INFERNO Family (that is both gyms and its members) was able to raise over $1300 for Talli Davis and her family on Saturday night.  It was a great time had by all and it was for a great cause!  Thank you again for everyone that was involved and participated!!!

Well its finally happened.....Coach Bob of the Biggest Loser has now become a CrossFit fanatic (this is from his own tweets) and he said he will be using it with his athletes on the show.  I think its so great that our workout is finally making it to the mainstream.  Now, part of me wants to keep it as my own little "fight club" with the undergroundness of it, the warehouses, the sweat, the down and dirty, etc.  But the other part of me is ecstatic that the world if finally starting to get it!!!  Coach Glassman's idea of functional fitness and bettering people has grown and finally started to seep out to the real world.  We welcome ANYONE and EVERYONE who wants to get in on the better lives they can have!  If you want to improve your life, come to us.  It will be life changing!!  Look at our testimonials and see what its done for our members!!!

FOUNDATIONS CLASS THIS SUNDAY AT 8AM TO 11AM!!!!  This class is required for all of our UNLIMITED members and HIGHLY suggested for all of our other members.  Its a 3 hour class that gives you specific instruction on Crossfit and the 9 basic moves in our training.  We want all of you to be safe while you workout and get the most out of each workout.  When you more more efficiently you will have more benefits and less injury.  Email us if you will be there.  We need a minimum of 5 people.
