The INFERNO is not just about giving you some hard workout, saying 3,2,1 go and making you puke.  This is a failure of many gyms out there.  Even though we are known for our tough and demanding workouts, our goal is not to smash you.  Our goal is to make you better.  Now some will wonder why we dont advertise in the normal ways that every other gym is doing.  If you want to truly become more fit and functional than you have been, you will find us.  Our members sell our product.  Our community sells our product.  Not having to waste time with advertising, we can spend our time being better coaches for you.  We want to learn the new info and stay on the cutting crossfit egde to give you the best information out there.  So do we want to push you hard?  Of course we do.  But we have a goal in mind and we want to make sure you get there!  3,2,1......GO!!!!
