BRING SOME WARM CLOTHES AND BE READY TO MOVE AND HANG OUT IN THE SQUAT POSITION A BUNCH AS WE GIVE YOU SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION ON THE 9 BASIC MOVES IN CROSSFIT AND INFERNO TRAINING.  THE IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT CLASSES YOU CAN TAKE IN CROSSFIT BECAUSE ALL THE LIFTS AND MOVEMENTS WE DO COME FROM THESE 9 MOVES!!!  SEE YOU THERE!!!!

Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Overhead Squats (155#, 105#)

      *1 rep of each, then 2, then 3, then 4, etc until you get through 10 reps of each.

Hand Stand Walk

     *15 reps.  Reps start in a hand stand with arms locked out position on the wall with chest touching the wall.  1 rep is 1 attemptat moving off the wall.
