We talk health and nutrition ALL the time here at the INFERNO.  We have come to realize the benefits of eating the correct foods for our bodies.  But do we really know whats going on inside?  How can we tell if everything is good?  Did you know that the vast majority of your nutrient absorption happens in your intestines?  And if you have any issues with the absorption of the nutrients, the types of food you are or are not getting, are you dehydrated or not, etc do you know how you can tell if you are doing ok?  That's right.......your S#*t!!!!!  Your poop can tell you so much about whats going on on the inside.  I found an interesting article written by CJ Martin, mega coach of CrossFit Invictus.  YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT!!!!  Its the........well, you know:)

     25 reps Wall Balls (20#@10', 15#@10')

     25 reps Burpees

     25 reps Kettle Bells (53#, 35#)

Buy-out: 20 reps Handstand Push-ups

Barbell Carry (135#, 95#)

     *400m walk with weighted barbell.  Bar is picked up by deadlift and held with straight arms.  If you drop the bar or put it down you must do 10 reps Deadlift and then begin to walk again.  There is no stopping and resting it on your legs either.  You are either walking with it or its on the ground an dyou are doing deadlifts.  Hint....hook grip!
