Valentines Day.....a day for LOVE!  You see symbols of hearts all over the place.  We can translate this symbolism in so many different ways.  First, the usual....Since its a love day, this will be a partner WOD.  Now it doesn't have to be your love and it doesn't even have to be the opposite sex, but you must do it with a partner today.  Second, the deeper..........since its about the heart today, we will be doing a workout that will emphasize the quick beating heart that is pumping to give your muscles some highly needed oxygen and moving out the carbon dioxide.  So there will be some heavy breathing and high heart rates.  And finally, the hidden message that is raising up to smack you across the cheek......Janelle offering to pay for 5 members who are unable to pay the $20 for the OPEN..... So DAMN cool Janelle!!!!!  Thank you so much for stepping up like that!  And from us, we will not be charging any of our members to do the 5 workouts here at the gym.  Last year we charged $15 a workout.  Mostly it was to pay our trainers for being there and helping run the show.  This year for ALL Inferno members, its free.  It will be $10 to any non-members though.  This is basically to pay for the validation of the workout so that they don't have to video it and then upload it then send it to HQ (kind of a pain in the rump).  So basically, THERE IS NO GOOD REASON NOT TO DO THE OPEN!!!!!!!!!!   Happy Valentines Day!!  We love you all!!

Complete the following:

"The Break-up"

     *at the same time, each member will do 1 rep Push Press(125#, 85#) and 1 Burpees in the first minute, then 2 reps of each in the 2nd minute, and 3 in the 3rd until the first person fails.  Score is by the first person in the pair to fail.  Score by each rep:  7 full rounds + 3 PP in the 8th round is (56 reps + 3reps=59)

"The Make-up" 

          Part A: 

                  5 Rounds:

                         *5 reps Squat Cleans (125#, 85#)

                         *10 reps Pull-ups

                         *200m Run

           Part B:

                  *Max Time "L"-Sit

                          You will get 1 attempt each round. 

*Partner will switch each round so you will alternate between part a and part b.  Score is by the total time to finish part A minus the TOTAL "L"-sit time between the 2 partners for your score.  IE; Part A took 15:30 - Part B was 5:22 = 15:30-5:22= 10:08 total.
