The Reebok CROSSFIT GAMES Open Event is literally just around the corner!!  With the announcement of the first workout coming Tuesday, is there anything that you would be worried about?  If you are a crossfitter that's been doing this for a while, hopefully you have been working on those weaknesses.  For those of you who are new to crossfit or the Open, don't let yourself get freaked out by the event.  This is one of the funnest things to be part of!  You are part of the largest fitness movements in history.  Most boxes that are hosting the event will allow for scaled versions of any workout.  The INFERNO will be no different!  Now scaled workouts will not be ranked on the big ranking board, but that's not what's important anyways.  Its all about how well you do against yourself.  So get signed up today and join the revolution!!!!

WE WILL BE HOLDING OUR FOUNDATIONS CLASS NEXT SUNDAY FEBRUARY 26 AT THE INFERNO GYM AT 9AM- 12PM.  THIS CLASS WILL GIVE YOU SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION IN THE 9 BASIC MOVEMENTS IN CROSSFIT!  THIS 100$, 3HOUR CLASS IS FREE TO ALL OF OUR 3 MONTH UNLIMITED MEMBERS!!!
