I saw some UNREAL performances yesterday from our athletes yesterday!!!!  Something that impresses me more than even seeing Annie T get 109 reps in that snatch workout (and it was really amazing!!) was seeing some of our members actually getting multiple reps of weight that they have NEVER done yet in the gym!!!  That's right!!!  After doing 30-60 reps of one weight, and increasing it, these amazing athletes actually were getting their PR's for multiple reps!!!  It happened to at least 10 people yesterday!!!  Why would it happen then?  Its because there is something about a competition and doing it with others in that venue that allows you to push harder than you would under normal circumstances.  Sure you are tired when you come to the gym and do the workouts.  But when you know that its for something other than just to do, you push yourself to new limits!  It was phenomenal to watch everyone!  You are all truly amazing!!!
