Infinitely scalable is one of the greatest things about crossfit. This is why we say it is for everyone. It doesn't matter what your current fitness level or physical ability is. We can adjust the movements, the weight, the reps, the rounds, etc to suit you so that you get the desired effect you are supposed to get from the workout. Its a beautiful thing! Just like the Open events have been set up so that EVERYONE can play. In fact you can have a complete first timer and firebreather going at the same time because who finishes first? Nobody!! They all finish at the same time!! Once again...beautiful! But it the scalability doesn't just go down; it can go up as well! What this means is that there is NEVER a workout that will be "easy". You can always increase the weight, increase the reps, increase the rounds, or just go faster than you ever have before. There is NEVER a chance to plateau. Its being constantly changed up on you and you can even add to it. This is why crossfit at the INFERNO is so great! No where else on the Central Coast can you get this type of workout or tis type of promise. We are MADE for everyone and we can make EVERYONE better than they are today!!
Congrats to Robby Lorber who tied for the highest score in WOD 12.3 for his age division in the world!!! When this was written, Robby was sitting at 6th place worldwide in the 55-59 year men!!! Amazing job Robby!!!

20 reps Chest to Bar Pull-ups
40 reps Double Unders
Power Clean (touch and go)
*Warm up and then go heavy. The point is to see how heavy you can get at 3 reps!
