Don't get frustrated when you are learning something new.  As adults we tend to only do the things we are good at.  It gives us that feeling that we are "good" and "successful".  But, look at kids when they go to do something they have never done before.  They are smiling, laughing and having a good time seeing if they can get their bodies to do what it needs to do.  Don't worry about whether you are good or not. Just worry about giving it your best shot and having a good time with it!  Learning can be fun and when your body gets used to learning, then you can actually learn faster!  So have some fun today!
