We have 1 final week and 1 final workout left in the OPEN!  For many of you, there have been some new PR's, for others it has been a a mental event to stay in it, or to keep doing the workouts.  I am hoping that EVERYONE has learned something about themselves during this festival of fitness.  It TRULY is for everyone and is a good test for all of us.  It doesn't matter what your current level of fitness is.  We all can make improvements and doing event like this pushes up to do so.  Congrats to all of you on the 4th workout and good luck in your final week of the Open coming up!  MAKE SURE YOU POST YOUR SCORE BY 5PM TODAY !!!!!!
