How do you keep going when you hear that little voice in your head say stop? It's so easy to say "just keep going" when you aren't tired. But when you are gasping for oxygen, your muscles are burning and it just seems so easy to stop and rest its a whole different story. So how do you do it? You have to try to stay calm and then look for little goals that you can accomplish to keep you moving forward. Pick a goal to get to and do everything thing you can to get to that point. When you do make it, see if you can pull 1 or 2 more out of it. This small trick will allow you to get more reps without stopping. It also trains your body and your brain to keep going even though it is hurting. With an increased ability to push when its difficult, you will be abe to get MUCH further in EVERY aspect of your life. Life is just a series of difficult workouts. Train your body and your brain for all life situations here at the INFERNO!!
