2012 Reebok CrossFit Open 12.5 final workout will be done this Saturday at 12pm-2pm.  But since its only a quick 7 minute workout, how about a little warm up by joining the Inferno Team as they run the SLO Health and Fitness Expo 5k Fun Run on Saturday at 8am!!  Its going to be a nice enjoyable run and a way to show the county what the INFERNO family is all about!!  We will also be doing our make up for 12.5 tonight at 730pm.  Make sure you email if you are coming to that!!

DEMAND THE BEST FROM YOURSELF AND NEVER EVER EXPECT LESS!!  GIVE ALL YOU HAVE AND THEN YOU CANT BE UNHAPPY WITH HOW YOU DO!

     30 reps Double Unders
